VILLE PLATTE It is with great sadness that the friends of Beulah Lee, 94, announces her passing on Friday, December 24, 2010 at Mercy Regional Hospital in Ville Platte. A mass of Christian burial will be held Monday, December 27, 2010 at 11:00 at Sacred Heart Catholic Church. Rite of Committal will follow in the Evangeline Memorial Park Cemetery with Fr. Tremie celebrant.
Beulah lovingly served her community many years as a member of the Louisiana Retired Teachers Association, Catholic Daughters, Lions Club, Cotton Festival Board, and Evangeline Parish 4H Club. Her fondest memories are from the years she spent teaching at Ville Platte High School and her many students that she kept close to her heart.
Those left behind to cherish her memory are her dear friends and care takers Kim, Tina, Jacynthia, Shelia and Samantha
She now rests in heaven with her husband Richard S. Lee, her parents John and Eva Guillory, her daughter Sharon Louise Lee George, and her soninlaw Dickie Bill George.
Visitation will be held on Monday, December 27, 2010 at Sacred Heart Catholic Church from 10:00 AM until time of service. A rosary will be recited Monday at 10:20 AM.
Ardoins Funeral Home in Ville Platte is in charge of arrangements.
