VILLE PLATTE- The family of Belva Soileau, age 73, announces her passing on Monday, February 15, 2016 at her residence in Ville Platte. Funeral services will be held Wednesday, February 17, 2016 at 10 AM at Sacred Heart of Jesus Catholic Church. Burial will follow in the Evangeline Memorial Park Cemetery with Father Matthew Barzare, celebrant.
Visitation will be held Tuesday, February 16, 2016 at Ardoin's Funeral Home in Ville Platte from 10 AM until 10 PM and will resume Wednesday morning at 8 AM until time of services. A rosary will be prayed in Mrs. Soileau's honor Tuesday evening at 6:30 PM
A loving mother, grandmother and friend, Belva will be greatly missed by her daughters, Lisa Derouen and husband Pat Jr. of Ville Platte, Karen Fruge of Ville Platte and Monica Soileau of Ville Platte. Also left behind to cherish her memory are her four grandchildren, Danyelle Brignac and husband Brock of Ville Platte, Nicholas Fruge of Ville Platte, Elby Derouen and wife Jennifer of Ville Platte, Michael Fruge of Ville Platte and one great grandchild, Julian Brignac.
She will now reunite in Heaven with her husband, John Roderick Soileau and her parents, Alton and Luny Deville.
Arrangements have been entrusted to Ardoin's Funeral Home of Ville Platte, La.
