VILLE PLATTEIt is with great sadness that the family of Barry James McDaniel, 49, announces his passing on Wednesday, August 10, 2011. A Memorial Service will be held on Saturday, August 13, 2011 at the Ardoins Funeral Home Chapel at 11:00 AM. Rite of Committal will follow at the Fontenot Cemetery Fr. Josh Guillory will be officiating the services.
A loving father, son and brother, Barry is survived by his son, Benjamin Dale McDaniel of Lakeview, New York, his mother, Eula Mae Chapman of Ville Platte, his brother, Richard McDaniel and his wife, Sandra, of Ville Platte and his sister, Sandra McDaniel also of Ville Platte.
Mr. McDaniel was preceded in death by his son, Cody Joe McDaniel, his father Andrew McDaniel Sr. and three brothers, Andrew McDaniel Jr., David McDaniel and Donald McDaniel.
At the request of the family, visitation will be held at Ardoins Funeral Home in Ville Platte beginning Friday, August 12, 2011 at 5:00 PM until 10:00 PM and again on Saturday, August 13, 2011 at 8:00 AM until time of services. A Rosary will be recited on Friday evening at 7:00 PM.
