VILLE PLATTE It is with great sadness that the family of Andrew Joseph McDaniel, Jr., 64, announces his passing on Friday, May 21, 2010. A funeral service is planned for Monday, May 24, 2010 at 10:00 am at Ardoins Funeral Home Chapel in Ville Platte with burial to follow in the Fontenot Cemetery in Tate Cove. Brother Roger Whittington will officiate the services.
A loving son, father, grandfather, and brother, he will be lovingly remembered by his mother Eula Mae Chapman, two sons Dennis Krilla of Ville Platte and Andre McDaniel and wife Scarlet of Ville Platte, two daughters Lisa McDaniel of Ville Platte and Julie McDaniel of Opelousas, three brothers Richard McDaniel and wife Sandra of Ville Platte, Donald McDaniel of Ville Platte, and Barry McDaniel of Ville Platte, one sister Sandra McDaniel of Ville Platte, ten grandchildren, and one great grandchild.
He is preceded in death by his father Andrew Joseph McDaniel, Sr., his daughter Pamela Charlie, and his brother David McDaniel.
Family request that visiting hours be observed Sunday, May 23, 2010 from 10:00 am until 10:00 pm and again on Monday, May 24, 2010 from 8:00 am until time of service.
