VILLE PLATTE It is with great sadness that the family of Ada Campney, 70, announces her passing on Sunday, March 27, 2011 at Prairie Manor Nursing Home in Pine Prairie Louisiana. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Tuesday, March 29, 2011 at 3 PM at Our Lady Queen of All Saints Catholic Church in Ville Platte. Rite of Committal will follow at Sacred Heart Mausoleum in Ville Platte.
A loving mother, grandmother, great grandmother, daughter and sister, Ada will be loving remembered by her son, George Dyer Campney and wife Tracy of Ville Platte, one sister, Janice Fontenot of Houma, three grandchildren, Samantha Campney, Jessica Campney and Elisha Campney and one great grandchild, Kaden Campney.
She now joins in Heaven her parents Lionel and Amiee Guillory.
The family request that visiting hours be observed Monday, March 28, 2011, from 2 PM until 10 PM. A Rosary will be recited Monday evening at 6:30 PM. Visitation will resume Tuesday morning at 8 AM until time of services.
